Consultancy and Administration
A natural inclination for empathetic client relationships and the meticulous management of PaperPlane’s processes and admin division characterize our Head of Consultancy. A professionalism developed after a degree in Institutional and Corporate Communication from the University of Bergamo and significant experience as an Account Manager in the digital and executive sectors, building solid and long-lasting relationships with partners, clients, and suppliers.
Branding and Art Direction
Successful branding is timeless, going beyond fleeting trends. This is the core belief of our Art Director, for whom design is a mix of deep thinking and extensive research. After earning a degree in Communication Design from the Politecnico di Milano and one in Multimedia Design from IUAV in Venice, he founded the association Officina Tipografica Novepunti—awarded the ADI Compasso d’Oro (Silver Award)—and Letterpress Workers, an international typography convention, his greatest passion.

UX Design and Project Management
A keen interest in the web as a process and in everything synonymous with digital innovation—including SEO, semantics, content design, data, and storytelling—makes our designer an eclectic professional, where an analytical approach to design meets empathy and curiosity. A professional profile characterized by a rigorous design culture learned during her studies in Communication Design at the Politecnico di Milano, combined with the artistic sensitivity of the DAMS (Drama, Art, and Music Studies) in Rome.

Front-end development
A passion for web development cultivated over twenty years of experience and a deep understanding of design allow our programmer to achieve “pixel-perfect” precision in every project. From Industrial Design studies at the Politecnico to developing the portal for a major Italian university, his profile is in constant growth: through meetings with key figures in the dev world, continuous training, and studies in assistive technologies and accessibility.
